What is the cost of My Junna?
Cost is on our sign up page and can also be found on our statement of work HERE. Cost is dependent upon the number of users in the system. We want to make your life simple and make budgeting simple! We don’t track your clients or your billing, that is complex. You can have as many customers in the system as you want so you can also track potential clients without being penalized!
What if I no longer want to use My Junna or go out of business?
We do not have any long term contracts. We invoice each month and you only have to give 30 days notice. We do not hold on to your information. You can export any data you input in the system at any time. We believe in customer service and great software to keep our customers! Not long term contracts locking you in just to keep your business!
What if there is a certain development I need for my business? Do you do customization?
We have an advisory board that meets monthly. We encourage our users to give feedback. This is what makes us great! If you have a suggestion, submit it and we will discuss it at the next meeting and prioritize depending on how many other businesses could use that development. You can also pay for customization. You can have direct contact with our developers to discuss your needs, give you a quote for any customizations.
Can you import our data from another system?
We import up to 100 clients at the time of sign up free of cost. We also import unlimited case notes for those clients. If you want to import more clients the cost is just $1 per client for each client over your first 100 free clients. We also import up to 100 contacts (or community resources) free of cost. Any additional contacts are just $1 per contact after the first free 100.
I am not very tech savvy. What support do you provide?
We provide unlimited training for the first year. This is personalized 1:1 training. We also have monthly “deep dives”. We discuss a different area of the software each month and go deep into how to use different areas to ensure you are optimizing the use of the system. There are also tutorials right inside the system that are all less than 5 minutes long each. These are short videos to show you how to do anything in the system.
